Share about FacebookTweetCommentTwo big perpendiculars volumes create up the Planalto Home, an imposing contemporary residential project tailored by architect Flavio Castro inside São Paulo, Brazil. The street facade reveals the garage along with a somewhat cantilevered next floor continued with a terrace to the left. However because we move about the building, its complexity grows exponentially. Planalto apartment was envisioned because an urban living area for a couple with 2 kids plus has a total surface of 800 square meters.

Here is much more found on the structure of the house within the architects: “A rectangular prism, perpendicular to the street, contains the intimate highlights of the apartment found on the upper floor, occupying just half of the land plus releasing the alternative half for recreation plus landscaping. Serving as a help plus focused just found on the primary floor, another rectangular prism, in different proportions, contains the service plus social functions of the house”. It is interesting to observe how transparency blends with opacity, due to the contents employed inside different practical zones.
