I made a personal choice a couple months back to consciously make a noticeable difference in my body, my life, love, and business. I decided to just work out somehow some way... However trying to run a business and taking care of two kids during the day can be overtaxing, strenuous, and definitely tiring. So Jogging/running was something thats literally something I can do at a moments notice, just have a good pair of running shoes, my male faja, shorts and tee and I are golden.
And just like... A new Chapter in my life, a new chapter in your life hopefully. I sincerely was like to invite you, to encourage you to help me form a community of runners dedicated to promoting positive vibes, and a desire to reach present and future dreams and goals in life.
