Good morning, good morning, welcome to the daily gratitude...  It's a beautiful morning out here the sun is shining and as you already know I'm so grateful for this on my face having some breakfast this morning um... I love to eat a protein bar and energy drink, I have a banana and an apple, it's like my just like my uh.. it's like my breakfast that my breakfast that I know i eat I just haven't had access to a uh what i really like is what i normally do is and I have a morning tonic, consists of some apple cider vinegar some water some turmeric uh cayenne pepper and all this stuff i mix it together then i do a....  Smoothie a green smoothie a lot of fruit a lot of greens i just haven't access haven't had access to it for the last for, for a minute but um pretty soon i'm gonna get i'll be able to get back to it it's not because i didn't want to it's because it just it's just uh having access to it right now but anyway this is my my uh my breakfast right now i just want to say to uh.. I  give all thanks and praises and gratitude these birds are here singing the birds seem like they're having an argument this morning they're very active and chasing each other around um so grateful for the breeze on my face so grateful for the sun in my face this morning i'm so grateful i was able to wake up so i'm gonna get on this run this morning so grateful for this food that i'm that i have the things i have for my life that god thank you so much i'm so bad for everything my eyes my legs the fact that i'm not locked up on jail the fact that i'm able to be out here this morning i'm so grateful so many things i'm grateful for so great for my car um I can't go a lot today's one of these days uh I feel good but um i am you know i'm not 100% so to speak um but i guess in these times man you can only you have to keep going right um i um it's kind of hard making these videos sometimes because you're like damn does anybody ever watch these videos most of the time look i get maybe three four views and i swear two of them is me.. so i was like what's the point but i think one thing i do notice the true sign of the champion and the one is consistency is anything i make these documentaries for my babies they look back i can look back and have something that i live forever on the internet, and they can see that there was a positive conscious person, so anyway today's gratitude is sponsored by Darqmatter um be well be kind to people be positive be purposeful be intentional be consistent..
