Running in Miami
Today, I was on my usual run. I decided to pull out my camera and take a quick video. I actually was documenting for my sister me running with my new backpack that she gave to me for Christmas. Its a really kool Backpack that's specifically for runners, You are able to put water inside the backpack and use the water line to sip water through when you're running, I was hyped as per usual and you caught some of me maintaining a peak state when I run.. For me its essential to be vocal as it allows me to take a back seat in my mind blocking out all the Discomforts of 90+degree weather, never mind me wearing the hottest jogging clothes one could put on in Miami when running. Look it! A Sweatshirt and jogging pants and yess I was smoking hott, but afterwards I feel amazing as the endorphins are cruising around my brain. You are who you tell yourself you are.. Champion Vibes all Day
