Is it Safe to Buy from your Site?

United States Orders

We use USPS and Fedex shipping providers. We can ship our goods to you using a variety of shipping services i.e: standard ground, 1day or 2day.| For FREE SHIPPING within the USA, Please note: we use USPS Ground: Use Promo Code: DMFREESHIPPING at Checkout. | Please refer to our real time shipping calculator on your "Add to Shopping Bag" page or Checkout page for exact shipping charges and times of delivery for all other Shipping requirements.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes... We offer Free Shipping for any Order of $75 or more. We do have to charge Shipping for any international Order. We are always offering new & economical ways to get our goods to you so always be on the look for new promotions and contest for Free Shipping .

Do you Guarantee Shipping Delivery?

We would like to say a definite YES.. However we can only guarantee that your going to look totally DOPE in our Goods. We do place our trust in our shipping providers, however we cannot guarantee their performance. We will send you via text message and/or email, with constant updates about your parcel as it makes its way from us the Good folks at DarqMatter to you the Most Valuable people we know.

Do you ship Internationally?

YES! We can ship Overseas. Sometimes shipping internationally sucks and it takes longer than expected. However we have partnered with a Great international Shipping resource via DHL. Usually Shipping to Canada(1 day transit), Europe(2 day transit), Even as far as Australia (2-3 day transit). Customs can hold up a package for a number of days, please be patient and just give it a couple days. We will provide you with a trackable link via email and/or you can use our site to track your parcel as it makes its way to you. If you think it's stuck or lost in the mail, let us know by Hitting Us Up.

What are your international shipping rates?

What about duties and fees?

Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes for different Countries, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

What if an Item is Out of Stock?

You have the Option to be Notified when that particular item is back in Stock. Just click on the item that is out of Stock and find the "Notify Me When Available" Section. Just submit your email address. We will notify you regardless If and/or When we'll Restock that item.

When will my order be shipped from your Miami headquarters?

If our Goods are in stock we strive to ship out products within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders that come in after 12pm EST will be processed and fulfilled the next business day. We strive to ship out all orders within 24 hours; however if we cannot fulfill an order within 3 business days, We will definitely notify you and give you a heads up with options. If an item is Out of Stock, we do provide you the option of being notified when we receive the item back in stock (just click on the out of stock image) or email us and we can let you know what the details are regarding that particular product. We will ship the Goods out immediately once we receive it back in. For multiple items (with one being backordered) we will group them together and ship them out together unless requested otherwise by you.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Wallet, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay, Android Pay. For Point of Sale or in-person transactions in addition to the above mentioned we also accept Good Ole American Green Backs (aka)Cash...

Can I return your product for whatever reason?

Yes...All returns request must be submitted via email for approval within 15 business days from the date goods were shipped from our Headquarters in order to receive a full refund or exchange. If 15 business days have elapsed since the date your goods were shipped out to you, Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However we will issue a Store Credit to be used on the DarqMatter Design co. online shop. To be eligible for a return, Our product/s MUST be NEW, UNWORN, All Tags must be Attached and in Proper Resale Condition (that means you can't wear it one night out to the club,🕺🏽 sweat it up and then expect to return it… sorry... we're just not having any of that..😁). You are responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase(thats your emailed order confirmation). If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Can we find your Awesome Goods Locally?

Our long term Vision is to be Locally Grown and Internationally Known (inhale...hmmmm), We do aspire to Curate our Goods in retail locations locally and Internationally. If you know of a Boutique who should carry our Goods, please have them Hit Us Up.
